香港科技大学（广州）实验动物中央实验室技术员/高级技术员招聘

一、工作岗位：技术员/高级技术员（生物净化及胚胎移植方向）Technician/Senior Technician (Biological purification and embryo transfer direction)
部门：实验动物中央实验室，香港科技大学（广州）
Job Duties:
•Responsible for mouse biological purification and micro-operation work, including in vitro fertilization, embryo transplantation, and embryo microinjection.
•Responsible for the preservation of mouse germplasm resources, including work related to sperm/embryo freezing and recovery.
•Responsible for the management of experimental animal strains, including the introduction of new strains, breeding program development, and genotype identification.
•Participate in the construction of the biological purification and embryo transplantation laboratory, as well as the management and maintenance of the laboratory in the later stages.
•Responsible for the development of new technologies and SOPs, optimizing the embryo operation technical system to improve success rate and quality.
•Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
工作职责：
•负责小鼠生物净化和显微操作工作，包括体外受精，胚胎移植及胚胎显微注射等；
•负责小鼠种质资源保存，包括精子/胚胎冷冻及复苏等相关工作；
•负责实验动物品系管理，包含新品系引入、繁育计划制定、基因型鉴定等；
•参与生物净化及胚胎移植实验室的建设，及后期实验室的管理和维护；
•负责新技术的开发及SOP整理，优化胚胎操作技术体系，提高成功率及质量；
•完成上级交办的其他工作.
Qualification Requirements:
•Master's degree or above in biology, zoology, veterinary medicine, medicine, or other related biological fields. Candidates with excellent qualifications may be considered with a bachelor's degree.
•Possess good animal experimental operation skills and experience in rodent-related technical services and management.
•Have a good spirit of teamwork, communication skills, clear thinking, conscientiousness, and a willingness to serve.
•Experience in mouse embryo operation, proficiency in embryo collection, in vitro fertilization, embryo transplantation, cryopreservation, and microinjection are preferred.

二、工作岗位：技术员/高级技术员（实验动物设施运维）Technician/Senior Technician (Experimental Animal Facility Maintenance)

Job Duties:
•Participate in facility construction and be responsible for the overall safety and operation maintenance of the facility and equipment after completion.
•Responsible for facility equipment management, formulation of maintenance and repair plans, and organizing their implementation.
•Responsible for the operation and coordination of the facility's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to ensure uninterrupted and normal operation of the air conditioning units and compliance with environmental parameters.
•Responsible for the operation and coordination of various facility systems, including decoration, electrical, water supply and drainage, power, telecommunications, and automation.
•Responsible for compiling and organizing relevant operational documents for facility equipment and maintaining and archiving operational records.
•Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
工作职责：
•参与设施建设，并负责建成后设施设备整体安全及运行维护；
•负责设施设备管理，维修维保计划的制定与组织实施落实工作；
•负责设施暖通运维及对接，保障空调机组不间断正常运行及环境参数达标；

Qualification Requirements:
•Master's degree or above in HVAC, air conditioning and refrigeration, mechatronics, or related fields. Candidates with excellent qualifications may be considered with a bachelor's degree.
•Practical experience in HVAC, refrigeration, purification, automation, and networking.
•Conscientious, proactive, eager to learn, service-oriented, with independent work ability and a strong spirit of teamwork.
•Priority given to those with relevant work experience in the maintenance of experimental animal facilities.

Job Duties:
•Responsible for the maintenance and management of experimental animal facilities and operational equipment, including quarterly environmental testing and regular calibration and maintenance of equipment.
•Responsible for regularly updating various rules and regulations related to animal experiments, such as SOPs and various management processes, organizing and archiving records related to experimental animal management; participating in AAALAC accreditation work.
•Responsible for the daily operation of the experimental animal management system software, including processing various user order applications, cage management information, and data statistical analysis.
•Responsible for providing user training and customized experimental services, including animal room management systems, experimental operations, surgical models, and specimen collection.
•Responsible for organizing experimental instruments, reagents, and consumables, as well as inventory management and procurement.
•Assist in arranging the scheduling and work plans for labor dispatch personnel, and guide and train animal caretakers and cleaning personnel to carry out their work.
•Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification Requirements:
•Master's degree or above in veterinary medicine, animal science, biotechnology, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, pharmacy, or related fields. Candidates with excellent qualifications may be considered with a bachelor's degree.
•Proficient in basic experimental operations such as animal handling, restraint, animal marking, clinical observation, gavage, tail vein injection, retro-orbital venous plexus blood collection, euthanasia, organ sampling, and sample collection.
•Priority given to those who are proficient in the production of conventional animal disease models, subcutaneous tumor inoculation in mice, perfusion, and extraction of primary liver cells in mice, extraction of mouse cerebrospinal fluid, or mouse microsurgery.
•Experience in experimental animal-related work, with experience in barrier animal room management preferred.
•Good English speaking, listening, and writing abilities, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong spirit of teamwork.
任职要求：
•动物医学、动物科学、生物技术、畜牧兽医、药学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至本科学历；
•熟练掌握动物抓取、保定、动物标记、临床观察、灌胃、尾静脉注射、眼眶静脉丛采血、动物安乐死、脏器取材、样本采集等基本实验操作；
•掌握常规动物疾病模型制作、小鼠皮下肿瘤接种、小鼠原代肝细胞灌流及提取、小鼠脑髓液提取或小鼠显微手术等技术者优先；
•有实验动物相关从业经历，具有屏障动物房管理经验者优先；

工作职责：
•负责建设和运行实验动物兽医检测实验室；
•负责动物房环境监测、实验动物健康监测、疾病预防、诊断和动物护理工作，实验动物医疗记录及病历管理；制定并定期更新实验动物福利相关制度和SOP，使之符合国家标准及AAALAC相关政策要求，并参与AAALAC认可工作；
•负责定期评估实验动物及其饲料、垫料、玩具等供应商或生产商的资质；
•负责管理管制性或非管制性麻醉镇痛药品/兽医药品等；
•负责外科手术及术后护理的建议和监督，动物麻醉和安乐死的专业指导或实施，协助福利伦理执行情况的检查、监管和相关的技术咨询，审核动物实验方案，提供手术培训及技术服务；
•负责日常工作中对动物进行护理和观察，给出处理建议或处置，并指导动物饲养员、动物实验人员日常工作中对动物的护理和观察；
•参与相关人员的培训工作；
•完成上级交办的其他工作.
Qualification Requirements:
•Master's degree or above in veterinary medicine or related field. Candidates with excellent qualifications may be considered with a bachelor's degree.
•Holding a veterinary practitioner license is preferred.
•Extensive and solid knowledge of regulations, national standards, and AAALAC accreditation related to the care and use of experimental animals in research and teaching fields.
•Ability to provide the latest experimental animal technology methods.
•Proficient in both Chinese and English, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong spirit of teamwork.

•持有执业兽医资格证优先；
