主要工作职责PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1、领导兽医团队负责实验动物设施生物安全防控，实施动物护理与健康监测，改善动物福利。

Lead the veterinary team to manage biosafety prevention and control of laboratory animal facilities, implement animal care and health monitoring, and improve animal welfare.

2、开发、改进和实施动物使用和护理计划，遵守现有实验动物科学知识和相关法规标准，确保公司人道、科学和合理的使用实验动物。确保动物护理和设施环境条件符合中国国标和国际法规以及AAALAC认证要求。

Develops, modifies, and implements comprehensive programs for the use and care of animals; ensure the humane, responsible, and scientifically or instructionally sound use of animals at company by maintaining current knowledge of laboratory animal science as well as regulations and standards. Ensures that the care of animals and condition of facility environment are in compliance with the Chinese national standard and international regulations as well as AAALAC accreditation requirements.

3、监督和检查实验动物设施生物安全防控措施和动物饲养及实验操作过程中的动物福利，确保动物使用和护理符合各项政策。

Monitor and inspect laboratory animal facility biosafety control measures, breed and animal welfare, ensures animal care programs comply with various policies.

4、监督、识别和报告动物的疾病或发病，进行诊断检测以确定动物的健康状况，建立和维护动物的治疗计划，管理镇静剂和其他药物，提供动物治疗咨询。

Monitor, identify and reports disease or illness in animals, performs diagnostic tests to determine health of animals, sets up and maintains treatment plans for animals, administers sedatives and other pharmacology products, consults regarding animal treatment.

5、就影响研究和项目中使用动物的潜在问题向IACUC提供建议。对提交给IACUC的报告进行预审，并对研究方案进行批准后的监督。

Advises the IACUC regarding potential issues affecting the use of animals in research and projects. Pre-reviews submissions to the IACUC and conducts post-approved monitoring of research protocols.

6、根据法规和政策向政府机构、审计机构、AAALAC等提交报告。

Prepares reports to governmental agencies, audits, AAALAC etc in compliance with regulations and policies.

7、领导兽医团队完成日常工作，指导与考核下属，促进团队稳定和发展。

Lead the veterinary team to complete daily work, guide and evaluate subordinates, and promote the stability and development of the team.

教育背景及经验EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1、本科以上学历，动物医学或相关专业，具有执业兽医师资质的优先。

Bachelor degree and above in the veterinarian medicine, or related fields. Prefer to have veterinarian certificate.

2、本科至少5年或者硕士至少3年的实验动物护理和兽医工作经验。具有团队管理经验优先。

At least 5 years of bachelor's degree or 3 years of master's degree in laboratory animal care and veterinary work experience. Prefer with Team management experience.

3、熟悉国家法规和AAALAC准则，有AAALAC认证经验者优先。

Familiar with National laws and AAALAC guideline, prefer with experience on AAALAC accreditation.

4、熟悉国内外实验动物病原体检测的质量标准。

Familiar with the quality standard of pathogen testing (domestic and internationally).

技能要求SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1、掌握实验动物解剖、采血、给药、麻醉和安乐死等动物实验操作技能，掌握实验室常规仪器的使用技能和实验操作技能，如细菌分离培养等。

Master the skills of laboratory animal anatomy, blood draw, drug treatment, anesthesia and euthanasia, and experienced in the use of routine laboratory instruments and experimental operation skills, such as bacterial isolation and culture, etc.

2、能够对实验动物常见疾病或异常进行诊断和分析，能够对动物发生病变的脏器进行准确病理描述。

Be able to make diagnosis and analysis of common diseases or abnormalities in laboratory animals, and can make accurately pathological descriptions of diseased organs.

3、性格踏实稳重，认真负责，爱护动物，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力。

Practical, responsible and passionate about animals, good at communicate with different departments.
