北京百奥赛图基因生物技术有限公司（BiocytogenCo.,Ltd）成立于2009年，公司总部在北京亦庄经济技术开发区，同时拥有百奥赛图江苏（海门）和美国（Worcester）两个分公司及上海办事处（张江药谷）。经过7年的发展，公司已完成了从单一的以基因编辑技术为核心的模式动物制备服务，向模式动物制备、高品质模式动物繁殖供应、以模式动物为基础的药物药效服务、抗体药物研发服务等综合性技术开发与服务平台的转变。

公司拥有完备、高效的基因编辑技术平台，是世界上最具实力和规模的基因改造模式动物供应商。位于江苏海门的动物中心以创纪录的速度获得AAALAC认证，在硬件设施和管理体系上达到了国际一流水标准，承担着公司自主开发重度免疫缺陷小鼠及免疫检查点人源化小鼠等动物模型的生产和市场供应的任务。在自主开发重度免疫缺陷小鼠及免疫检查点人源化小鼠的基础上，公司完成了以肿瘤免疫为中心的药物研发服务平台的建立，并完成了多项PD-1、PD-L1等肿瘤免疫抗体的药物体内药效评估工作并协助相关药企顺利获得了国家临床试验批件(IND)。

目前公司处于高速发展阶段，员工数量2015年120人，到2016年底已经增长到350人左右，预计到2017年底公司人员规模将达到500-600人。位于北京大兴生物医药基地面积达3万多平米的动物中心已经进入施工阶段，2018年建成后百奥赛图将成为世界级模式动物制备、模式动物开发供应及药物研发服务提供商。

Beijing Biocytogen Co., Ltd was founded in 2009. Headquartered in Beijing, Biocytogen has two branches/facilities based in Haimen, Jiangsu China and Worcester MA, USA, also an administrative branch in Zhangjiang, Shanghai.During seven years of development, Biocytogen has successfully transformed itsbusiness platform from a custom gene-targeting models provider only into acomprehensive and dynamicsystem, which includes high quality animal model breeding and supply, custom gene-targeting model generation, as well as using innovative tumor models for preclinical pharmacological/pharmadynamics test, therapeutic antibody researchand development for precision cancer treatment.

Biocytogenhas developed a comprehensive and efficient gene editing technology platform.It has been globally recognized as one of the leading suppliers of genetically modified animals. The animal center with 13,000 square meters in Haimen,Jiangsu has earned  accreditation from AAALAC International (the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International). Equipped with a highly efficient operating and managing system, Haimen site is undertaking the research and development of highly immune deficient and humanized mouse models with numerous immune checkpoints. Based on our in-house development of the two types of mouse models listed above, Biocytogen has established a tumor immunotherapy service platform for preclinical pharmacological and pharmadynamic studies. Inaddition, Biocytogen has completed numerousinvivo trials on evaluating anti-PD-1 and PD-L1 drugs and assisted other pharmaceutical firms with their attaining of clinical trial approval and INDs. 

Our company is expanding rapidly worldwide. From 120 employees in 2015 to 350 by the end of 2016, we predict Biocytogen will employ around 500 to 600 staff members in 2017. Our 35,000 square meters research facility in the Beijing Daqing Bio-medical industrial park has begun construction, and the expected completion date is in 2018. By then, Biocytogen will become the global leader in providing high quality animal model generation and development, and top supplier of proficient models in pharmaceutical research and development.
