中外100多家媒体聚焦李红良团队脂肪肝炎突破性创新研究

近日，李红良教授团队在国际顶级期刊《科学•转化医学》（Science Translational Medicine）发表了两篇封面文章，分别题为《多组学研究揭示非酒精性脂肪肝炎多物种间保守核心驱动因素》和《靶向ALOX12-ACC1的小分子化合物在小鼠和猕猴模型中改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎》。该系列成果被列为亮点研究写入12月17日出版的《科学》杂志特刊。

李红良教授团队研究发现12-脂氧合酶(ALOX12)是脂肪肝炎进程的关键靶点，可直接靶向ACC1，特异性精准调控ACC1溶酶体降解途径，并开发出了一个全新的小分子化合物，该化合物抑制脂肪肝炎效果显著，而且更重要的是不引起高血脂等副作用。系列研究成果突破了非酒精性脂肪肝治疗的国际研究瓶颈，解决了靶向治疗副作用这一重大难题。
