蕨麻小型猪原产于甘肃省甘南藏族自治州，由广东省实验动物监测所培育。该猪体形矮小，面平直，嘴长，耳大下垂，被毛黑色且浓密粗长，有棕色鬃毛长而坚韧，白系全身被毛白色。成年猪体重26~42 kg。母猪初次发情在4~5月龄，初产4~5头，经产6~8头。

Juema minipig native to Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu province. Guangdong Laboratory Animals Monitoring Institute has fostered it to experimental minipig. There are many characteristics of this minipig such as body short,straight face, long mouth, large ear drooping,long black coat and thick rough and brown mane long and tough, but the white strain has white body. Adult pig weighting 26~42 kg. 4~5 month-old sow began to show oestrus and litter size at the beginning of 4~5, the litter size 6~8.
